One of Surrey’s fastest growing communities, Cloverdale is the historic centre of Surrey. Cloverdale hosts a large annual rodeo and country fair and is often the location for big city festivals and events. It is a quiet, safe, residential neighbourhood with many new, large homes and recreational facilities located close to its three secondary schools.
