Features of the Neighbourhood
Centrally located in the heart of Surrey, Fleetwood is one of the city’s primarily residential neighbourhoods. The Surrey Sports and Leisure Complex in Fleetwood offers three full-sized skating rinks, Olympic swimming pools and fitness areas. This area has over 25 parks, including the Surrey Lake Park, but is still very close for students to access shops and restaurants in the Guildford area. With the addition of the Surrey Langley SkyTrain line, Fleetwood is rapidly becoming one of the fastest growing communities in Canada.
