- Being the largest school district in British Columbia allows us to offer many different program offerings - International Baccalaureate (IB), Advanced Placement (AP), athletics, arts, music, robotics, etc. With 21 secondary and over 100 elementary schools, Surrey is considered a leader in education in BC. We are often chosen to pilot new curriculum and programs before they are rolled out to the rest of the province.
- Surrey limits the number of international students to a maximum of 5% per school and currently it is less than that at most schools.
